KG makes everything in small batches from home in NYC. Her adventurous global palate takes basic weeknight meals from interesting to extraordinary.
Trained by watching her late grandmother in her catering kitchen, KG picked up on the hacks that separated her grandma from the pack. Among her favorites were salting a cast-iron pan to make the perfect burger; or adding an eyedropper of butter mixed with maple syrup to oatmeal and calling it “love.”
Happiest in a kitchen, every start is a blank canvas where absolutely anything is possible.
